Founder/managing partner
Joseph Cervasio, a native New Yorker, began his entry into the hospitality industry at a young age through his family’s restaurant and fine foods business. After attending the American University in London, he launched his career with the Cipriani Group, overseeing high-end event management at the iconic Rainbow Room in New York in 2008. Within two years, his role expanded to managing Cipriani’s premier event properties, including Cipriani 42nd Street, Cipriani 23rd Street, and Cipriani Wall Street.
Recruited out of Cipriani, Joseph joined the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Group, where he continued to manage high-profile events tailored to celebrity and high-net-worth clientele. Over nearly a decade between Cipriani and Mandarin Oriental New York, he orchestrated events for every sitting U.S. president, the United Nations General Assembly, and hundreds of notable celebrities.
In 2014, Joseph was approached by a founding partner of Tao Group to join their team, spearheading event operations at their hotel properties, specifically the Dream Hotel Downtown. As Director of Event Operations, he focused on driving revenue and profitability, managing event teams, and enhancing the guest experience. His expertise further evolved as Director of Operations for Goldbar New York, one of Manhattan’s longest-standing nightclubs.
Most recently, Joseph has expanded his event and nightlife experience into large-scale production, consulting on high-profile projects such as Formula 1 Austin, Palm Tree Festival Hamptons, Laguna, and Saint Barths, as well as Super Bowl LVII and LVIII. These events have featured headliners like Drake, Calvin Harris, Kygo, Black Coffee, and Swedish House Mafia, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the luxury event and hospitality space.
