Alex Melillo, a native New Yorker now based in Palm Beach, is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in operations, hospitality, and event production. His career began in New York City’s hospitality scene, where he founded high-end lounges and restaurants such as The Madelyn, Chalk Point Kitchen, The Handy Liquor Bar, and Cafe Mistral. These ventures laid the foundation for his deep industry knowledge and commitment to exceptional experiences.
Building on his success, Alex founded Struct, a large-scale event production company that became the number one art fair production company in the U.S. Struct’s innovative approach allowed it to expand into live sports and experiential events, servicing an impressive roster of clients, including F1, Art Basel, Live Nation, Frieze, Nike, Mercedes, Hulu, and Google.
As Struct thrived, Alex continued to explore new ventures, helping build and operate brands like Malbon Golf and multiple beverage companies. His ability to identify market opportunities and create compelling brands has solidified his reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking entrepreneur.
Throughout his career, Alex has remained passionate about creating memorable experiences, a passion that comes full circle with the launch of Mary.
